Graham turned 7 months old last weekend. It's hard to believe. I was reading Month 7 in my "What to Expect the First Year" book. I read that "a
roly-poly baby is more likely than a leaner child to roll over when attempting a sitting position." Um. That. Would. Be. Graham. He is a little
chubster AND he is perfect. He does love his food, though. He likes everything now except meat. We've tried turkey and beef. He gags. His eyes water. He spits it at me. I've tried hiding it by mixing it with a vegetable. He's onto me and he is having none of that.
This is his latest "Papaw Face" as we like to call it. I think it's a teething thing. Whatever it is, this picture is sure to make it into the baby album. (Oh, yeah...the baby album. I think I've filled in up to month 2 now)

We are loving our new babysitter, Mrs. Karen. She told us today that Graham now cries when she leaves the room and that he has quite a temper at times. Yes, he is quite comfortable with Mrs. Karen now. He comes home so happy at nighttime. We are thankful for the change for the better.
Graham and his dad continue to do lots of bonding. Chad's work schedule allows him to take Graham to Mrs. Karen's a little later in the mornings and pick him up a little earlier than I could during football season. I get home in the afternoons and they've had all kinds of fun.

This is Graham's new game he likes to play. It's called "I'll play the blanket game myself if you won't do it for me." It's funny because he even pauses while he's "hiding."
Christmas pictures are coming soon. We managed to get in, get some (very cute) pictures, and get out in 15 minutes. It was a Christmas miracle.

We're happy Mrs. Karen is working out for all of you. Graham's solo 'peek-a-boo' is cute! He's proud of his new trick....Love you all
Mom and Dad
I can't wait to see what he does next month. I love the hide and seek that he does with the blanket. Grandma Emie said that he had done it with her and I thought it was her imagination. I quess i was wrong.
Love Paw Paw John
