I was told it is time for another belly shot. Here it is. All of it. We are at 27 weeks this Friday. I have no idea where he is going to fit the next 3 months. I guess nature takes care of these things. I am concerned about this 3rd trimester due to the fact that I already can't breath when I sit down and I seem to have a pinched nerve in my left lower back that keeps me up at night. I'm thinking these things are not going to get better until delivery! We go for another check up on the 16th. Soon after that we should get our next ultrasound. I'm so excited. I haven't seen him in so long. Every time I feel him kicking and rolling I try to guess which body part I'm feeling. Is that his head? His little hiney? That had to be a foot. I can be totally exhausted and feeling cranky from the day and then I'll feel my little "I'm in here, mom" reminders that make me smile and forget about everything else.
We went up to the hospital to view the delivery room. It was a relief to see where we would be staying and Chad was relieved to know EXACTLY which doors to head to both during the day and after hours. We labor, deliver, and recover in the same room which is nice. I can't wait!
We're going on Monday to check out a few daycares. I am not excited about this task. Daycare is not something any mom wants to do. I know it will be best for our family if we can get into a good work/daycare routine from the beginning, though. I'm thankful we'll have the whole summer with little Graham as opposed to the 6 weeks many parents get. It's going to be rough, people.
We received a surprise gift in the mail today from Chad's sister, Becky and her family. These are the cutest burp cloths (Your Baby's Room) I have ever seen. I LOVE THEM! Thanks for always being so thoughtful, Becky.
I had to put one over my shoulder and pretend Graham was there for just a minute. We'll keep you posted on any new news. Finished toy box pictures will be coming soon...

rYou are looking so good-Graham will probably shift and relieve the pinched nerve......hope so anyway, so you can sleep. I know you two are getting excited as the time gets closer. (We are too!) Can't wait to see you during Spring break. Super burp cloths! Eager to see the toy chest...
If we photoshopped your belly onto anyone else, it would look normal, but DANG! Wher IS he going to fit on you!!? Aaron said I got too much pleasure out of the picture, but lets remember that I have weighed more than you since the freakin 5th grade! Plus I am just excited that the belly means a little person. (Still mystified) Aaron was also cracking up because you have Graham's name all over the place. He said "wow, she couldn't keep that at ALL!" and, "sweetie when we have kids, are we going to have to monogram our 2 old towels with a sharpie?" Nah. Aunt Holly will send somethin sophisticated:) We are excited to see you too! Should we have a mini-shower over break? You could give me your friends' email addresses and I could round up some gift certificates? I am sad we aren't together to have a family shower. We can make due though?
