Meet the Team

Wow, we have been so busy with football and getting back into our work routines that I haven't had anything "fun" to post here lately. I thought it would be cool to share with you the awesome team I work with in 3rd Grade:

Back row: Pam, Melanie, Kay, Rachel (intern for Pam)

Front row: Pleshette (intern for me), Me :0), Mandy, Tammy

This is THE best team I have been on since I started teaching 9 years ago. (9 years!?!?) We share all of our ideas and even enjoy each others' company outside the classroom. This is our second year in our new school building so we actually had some time before the year started to get our classrooms ready (instead of moving in the weekend before school started). I think we all feel more on top of things going into this year. We're off to a great start!

What a beautiful team! We sure miss you all and keep praying you stay safe during hurricane season. I'm still waiting for that "phone call"...you know, the one where you say "um, Aunt Marcia and Uncle Matt..." We're praying for that part of your lives too. Love you!

Hey Holly guess who! Bet this is a blast from the past... I hope you remember who I am... tee hee! Your mother gave me you and Rachel's blog addresses so I thought I would check this out. I love reading your blogs they crack me up, I was quite impressed with the boat races and I love that your dog has "issues", because my dog Maggie does as well. I think it would just be completely odd if I had a normal anything really! :)
I'm glad to see that you are doing so well there in Texas and you look extremely happy. I just know that things in the baby department will turn out great for you two! My best friend and her husband went through similar experiences and I know it was quite the ride for both of them! The way I think of it is even if something doesn't come easily or naturally that shouldn't deter people from fighting like there is no tomorrow for something they want.
I hope we can reconnect and stay in touch, I would love to catch up with you! Take Care Holly.
